Pros
I love working here. The managers are approachable, nice, helpful and just generally awesome. It’s entirely remote but there is a sense of community over zoom. Insurance and sales is a grind but having a positive work atmosphere makes it a breeze. Working from home is something I am extremely grateful for but I never feel alone or bored for that matter - their is definitely a work-family vibe that is very endearing and keeps employees engaged. You are also kept very busy either with inbounds or the endless amount of leads.
Cons
Don’t work here unless you know how to sell insurance and have the hustle to hammer it out everyday, all day. I’ve noticed that all of us agents have at least 10 years of experience in insurance; many have more. None of the agents I know of, including myself, are new to insurance so I’d say it is best for experienced insurance professionals.
