      Pros

      I recently started working for Bridgestone...and I love it. The new building is amazing- great cafeteria, gym, wellness rooms, outdoor space, meeting rooms, and more. The orientation is very informative and the people all seem invested in the success of the company.

      Cons

      I think there is always room for improvement, but Bridgestone is actively trying to become the best.

      Pros

      It's a great place to work in Nashville. It's fairly easy to move around internally, and when looking at internal job postings, you can clearly see if the job you are interested in is a promotion or not. They promote being a Premier Place to Work some advantages to this is an alternate work schedule where you are off every other Friday.

      Cons

      As with most companies, office politics runs deep. We are currently going through some shaking up through the company. I believe it's for the best in the long run. However, it's a rough transition.

      Pros

      Great people, wonderful culture and legacy. Hard working teammates and an environment that makes you proud to work to work for the company.

      Cons

      There are some managers that have no business leading people. When you complain nothing gets done and it is very frustrating. Losing great talent because of this.
