Too many areas where where there is bad leadership. Salary and bonuses are low compared to other companies. Difficult to grow within company.

Pros

Start up company so there is hope that they'll get their act together. They are also a spin off of MetLife which may help in the process.

Cons

No warning when they let you go. I've seen it happen several times in my short stay. If they talk coaching and feedback, they should give you some feedback. Not knowing you're "not a fit" is frustrating.
