Pros

- Opportunity to grow in current area with plenty of flexibility to move within organization - have seen many others do it very successfully - Coming up on two decades with the company and while it has had many phases of change, the core culture is so strong and is a primary reason you'll find long-term associates here - New CEO has been with firm close to 9 years and is excellently qualified to propel strategy and growth while maintaining the "always do the right thing" mantra that the former CEO Rich Daly lived by

Many areas in which Broadridge operates, particularly the New York metropolitan area, have been severely impacted by COVID-19. Our thoughts are with the impacted families and their co-workers at this difficult time. I assure you that the health and safety of our associates is our highest priority and we have brought health professionals to our facility to ensure we are following best practices and creating as safe an environment as possible. We have implemented extraordinary safety and cleaning measures in our facilities where our production staff are performing functions deemed essential services under various government orders.

Pros

Decent benefits. Work/life balance is OK. Convenient location if using public transportation. Some great people still work there.

Cons

New management does not know what they are doing. Too many higher paid, non-Indian skilled workers being laid off. Only a select few are repeatedly being promoted, mainly management. The US workers are held accountable for production issues whereas management turns a blind eye to the constant issues caused by the outsourced work from India. US Indian managers only hiring other Indians. Constantly having to support, fix or re-write the messy outsourced code.
