Pros

There are some decent people but the environment is so toxic even nice people are usually hard to work with

Cons

The absolute worst culture. All corporate groups are confrontational rather than collaborative with each other. It’s a very unprofessional company and for its size still operates like a mom and pop shop. The leadership team is egotistical, money-hungry and rarely even acknowledge or say hello to anyone who isn’t in their club. Only a handful of people can really make decisions and everyone else is either micromanaged to death or just does what they are told. If you are female run for your life, they will disrespect you, don’t want your opinions and are unable to see let alone appreciate your value. If you are a middle aged white male, would like zero empowerment or want to argue with idiots all day this is your kind of place.

Pros

Remote, benefits, 401k, you don’t have to go into the office

Cons

They are putting unrealistic expectations on new ppl in training expecting you to do more than SLAs actually required then let you go when you don’t meet the unreasonable expectations

Not micro managed but not supported by others on individual work loads

Cons

lack of trained individuals - so you may end up doing more than required because others don"t want to or know how
