      Good people. Nice working conditions.

      Cons

      Few advancement opportunities. Generally hires from outside to fill open positions. Upper management operates "behind a curtain ". There is a general feeling that the company is struggling even on good years.

      Some of the people you will meet are great.

      Cons

      All the other people are out to get you. If you come in showing anything less then complete confidence in something you know nothing about you’re going to have a bad time.

      Unlimited OT, can pick when and how long you want to work for OT

      Inconsistent management, overall management is horrendous and it’s like chasing fires to put out then moving on to the next fire, no culture and morality
