Pros
Busigence provide equal opportunities to fresh engineers. No bias when it comes to assigning tasks. Lot to learn if you are an ambitious fresher
Cons
They provide good mentorship but sometime being fresher we need more time to understand problems
Pros
You can claim to work in AI, ML and get to learn new things on your own.
Cons
- Working hours can be from 11 hours to even 15 hours a day, 6 days a week. Just when you are leaving CEO plans a meeting. Sometimes even Sundays. - There is not any leave policy. This is a startup, don't ask for leaves. If you ask instead of giving leave they'll ask you to come on Sunday also. - The company is not funded and don't have any client even product is yet to launch. - CEO lies a lot. They don't have any office in the US. - CEO and COO both don't have any technical background in software development not even in programming. Don't even think of ML or AI. - Most of the team members mentioned on their website are not currently with the company and has left. If you ask about this they will say they are working remotely from the US but you can check their LinkedIn profiles or contact them. Because of this, they had created a new section of "contributors" just to include names of ex-employees to increase team strength. - CEO is most unethical and unprofessional. I would suggest you get in touch with an ex-employee or ex-intern before taking any decision.
Pros
The only thing good about this company would be opportunity to learn for good (mental pain/torture that comes along with it is another thing) Geographically good office location in Bangalore.
Cons
Oh boy, whr shud i start from!! Firstly, the great ceo, tbh is mean, fake, extremely cunning, selfish and senseless who thinks that he is the only shining star in the planet and all every other goddamn person in this universe who does not agree with him is stupid. He will show you moons and then take you to sevage. Don't imagine having a life at all, if u end up working here(don't make tht mistake)!! Extremely long working hours and even after that you will not get any respect from the ceo side. Now here is a new trick for attracting people to join their company: We are visionary people and don't judge us on the basis of Glassdoor reviews..because we want top talents for what we are building and incompetent employees will write that review... Dude if incompetent employees are writing bad Glassdoor reviews, then isn't it ur fault in hiring incompetent people!! That's simply some lame excuse tbh, they hire good competent people and eventually everybody breaks down at some time. And I won't even start with the other cofounder, to me.. he is like Rahul Gandhi.. Some different species all together. I hv seen some really great ppl(mostly hard working interns as there are 2-5 full time ppl only at any given time) leaving bcz they cannot stand the ceo's attitude.
