Users say... "Poor management and not professional at all" "Hours were long." "NO work life balance especially if you are on 2nd shift" "The supervisors and leads act like there better and will threaten to fire or right you up if you work hard, also if you want to quit they make sure there’s no way you can file for unemployment because they will make sure to file it as you didn’t do your job even if you did, and there’s a lot of person agendas happening, so if you want to work your way up you have to have friends in a higher position so you could be right for the job but someone else will get it because they know someone, also the work environment is not good, most all the supervisors are disrespectful and will completely ignore you if you try to ask them something." "better training on leadership rolls able to lead in the right direction"
