      Pros

      Good associate discounts & health benefits.

      Cons

      Overworked staff to the point that taking a full-hour lunch is frowned upon. Some employees take work home and don't clock in. Levels of stress are too high - unhealthy. Few had emotional breakdowns as deadlines cannot be met. Salaries are very low for newer employees. Staff with 8+ years or former Warnaco employees have decent salaries. If you ask for a raise, managers, and even HR, tell you "CK pays better than RL. You should be happy you have a job."

      Great work and product that is output. collaborative.

      Cons

      the new President the past year has a hand in everything, holds up process and has eyes set on wrong priorities. won't work regular business/operating hours so meetings are super early in the morning or late at night. NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE WITH HER. she only cares about her own schedule.

      Too many meetings with no desk time to work Blame game culture Svp of CK supply comes from accessories so lacks apparel knowledge. Also insecure Svp who leads by favoritism. Evp supply too far removed to know what’s happening at the ground level. Lack of strong supply leadership is the reason why CK supply teams are miserable and unhappy. No one feels appreciated or valued. Just being dumped with several goals on top of daily job.
