      Pros

      It is an international company. Have chance to communicate and work with people from other contries. The benefit package is good. Coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      Not much traning and learning opportunity. Promotion is not easy. High turn-over rate. Currently it is experiencing changes and hard to say it will be better or worse.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to make money, if you are willing to work very hard. Similarly, there is definite upward movement if you are close with the management team.

      Cons

      Corporate communication is poor. There is no unity among business units, as they don't share information, best practices, etc. The vision for the company is never very clear.
