      Pros

      Great camaraderie with colleagues, which is probably why most people stay.

      Cons

      Understaffed. Feels as though there is a lack of concern for their employers and their well being. No emphasis on work-life balance and employees are expected to go above and beyond in their roles and not be properly compensated.

      Pros

      Your team members watch out for you. You’re able to build the bond with your team because everyone has each other’s best interest and health in mind.

      Cons

      There’s not enough talent for the amount of work to be done. Hard to keep a 9-5 schedule unless you schedule hard stops. I work into the evening to get projects done.
