Understaffed. Feels as though there is a lack of concern for their employers and their well being. No emphasis on work-life balance and employees are expected to go above and beyond in their roles and not be properly compensated.

There’s not enough talent for the amount of work to be done. Hard to keep a 9-5 schedule unless you schedule hard stops. I work into the evening to get projects done.
