      CDW has a beautiful Office space, shuttle service to Subway, compensation , WFH, Food only if working overtime from office during month end.

      Cons

      Strict 9 working hour policies, shortage of manpower, 2 weeks vacations this could be increase to 3 weeks to be competitive in market.
