Pros
Flexible working, lots of interesting projects, good work life balance. Reasonable graduate salary. Share purchase plan and good pension scheme
Cons
Only one opportunity for promotion per year, if you narrowly miss out you must wait a year. Particularly bad for placement students returning as graduates who will work for nearly 2 years without ever having a performance review or being considered for promotion. Office is too small for number of employees and lacks facilities enjoyed by other employees such as a big enough car park, good canteen
