      Pay and benefits are good. They allow individuals do move into all areas of the company so if you have a desire to try something new you can

      Diversity is non existent....While President is a woman she has never done anything for other women and actually appears to prevent opportunities. Her ego is driven by being the only woman in the room. The executive team has an 8% diversity (one asian male). At the director level it may be 15%. And at this point diversity is only male/female. Numbers are significantly lower for race.

      - Medical Benefits - On Site Gym

      - No Mobility - lacking leadership - Extremely top heavy, 3-4 managers per one employee. - Continued reduction of Workforce but increase in managerial levels. (ex. One employee does not need 2 managers, Sr manager and director.

      Interesting work within an interesting market segment.

      Cons

      Overall just a poor work environment. The IT systems are outdated which causes a major bottleneck in completing the most routine tasks. A lot of the deadlines are very unrealistic and tight. The company is very focused on short run results and very narrow. Also there is zero diversity at the upper levels of management. Overall I would not recommend this company to a friend.
