      Pros

      fun times with young people, learn some sales skills, learn client skills

      Cons

      deceitful upper management, poor financial management (failed to pay entire team one week - this is not normal or okay to do), always understaffed, repetitive, no growth opportunity unless you kiss butt for years and years...

      We are sorry that your experience was this bad. As a seven year employee and manager there has not be a pay where we have failed to pay the team so I am not sure when you are referencing.

      Pros

      The President/Founder has built a culture that nurtures individuals based on their career goals and helps them to achieve their goals. Most companies say they do this, but COACT actually delivers on this promise. This is in an incredible place to work and, unless you are asleep at the wheel, you will learn an incredible amount about business including organizational development, sales process design, and expertise in a vast variety of market verticals.

      Cons

      The initial training process tends to be a little tedious, but stick around. It gets so much better!

      Pros

      COACT is a great place to learn about new industries and business. The culture and environment is great and a lot of fun. COACT is growing extremely fast and has fantastic opportunities for personal and organizational growth.

      Cons

      There really aren't many cons to COACT. Occasionally working over 40 hours a week (less than 50 though) when a certain project needs to be accomplished but if that's the biggest con I'll take it!
