      Pay is never late but that can be said about almost anywhere.

      Lie about statistics and reporting & treat workforce like a rented mule.

      Pros

      Pay is OK with good retirement, if you make it that long with current management.

      Cons

      Treat employees horrible, threats about your job every day, no concern about safety. Previous management was heading in the right direction but with the current CEO in place has taken the industry back 50 years in technology, production and most of all safety.
