      Flexible work, colleagues, nothing else really…

      Cons

      Lack of stability. No senior management. If you dont know the right people no matter how good you are you will never be promoted.

      Decent Benefits package. Monthly performance incentives available.

      Cons

      No performance review or formal feedback, so you never know how you are performing until you are not doing well. Lack onboarding training program. You are expected to catch on and figure it out yourself. Not a lot of opportunity for growth if you are not in operations. They give about 1-2.5% raises annually no matter how well you're performing
