Pros

There are smart people here, and if you can navigate the chaos, you'll learn a lot—just don’t expect to be compensated fairly for it.

Cons

There's constant organizational change, frequent reorgs, and shifting priorities, which makes it difficult to get traction on long-term initiatives. Leadership often preaches innovation and agility, but the follow-through is lacking. Base salaries are sub-par compared to industry standards, especially considering the workload and expectations. Annual bonuses are minimal, almost insulting for the effort put in, and there's very little upward mobility unless you're in the right circle.
