Pros

Good insurance, good coworkers, close

Cons

Horrible work/life balance, don’t consistently make commission, no support from upper management. When you take vacation using your PPO you’ve earned, upper management complains. We never hear anything good, just the bad. Every day we’re threatened with working Saturday when we work 53 hours a week

Pros

Work from home arrangement (hybrid)

Cons

In my opinion, Caliber is not the same company it was under its original leadership team (~until 2023). Since that leadership transition, the culture and direction seem to have deteriorated. The focus now appears to be on financial outcomes and positioning the company for an eventual exit, rather than investing in people, operations, and long-term trust. There is very little transparency, and many employees feel that messaging from leadership does not match reality. The company has missed targets for years, which has meant no corporate bonus, and frustration across the organization has continued to build. For anyone considering joining, I would be cautious. From what I experienced, this is not a stable or trustworthy environment for either corporate staff or techs.
