      Pros

      Camden was the best decision I ever made 31 years ago. They truly care and value you and your decision making. They listen to your ideas and are always looking to improve processes and making our Camden journey purposeful. I love coming to work everyday to make a difference for our team members and our residents. Thank you Camden for all you do everyday. My family and I are truly blessed.

      Pros

      You will never feel welcome anywhere quite like you will with Camden. They do an excellent job taking care of their employees by making sure you feel heard, giving you growth opportunities, providing top of the line benefits, and creating a culture where all 1700+ employees can communicate and have fun. My overall perspective of Camden is that there is nobody else out there as great as they are.

      Cons

      It's hard to put a con without knit picking.
