      Pros

      C ustomer service works very hard and try very hard to support manufacturing but the management team in the cleanroom and absolute side are not professional.

      Cons

      Hr department is very divided and upper management is terrible making everyone else underneath work crazy hours and not all testing is done by the book!!

      Pros

      Frequent company catered lunch, $100.00 safety bonuses every quarter if no accidents.

      Cons

      Supervisors are unqualified for their positions for the most part, write ups are frequent for minimal offenses. If you have been there any length of time, your days are numbered because they will replace you with unqualified people they can hire in at cheaper wages. Since change in upper management, company is struggling. Quality and performance have declined significantly.

      Pros

      If you deliver on your promises to your customers, you will be rewarded. If money is your only incentive to work here, it may not be a good fit, However, with all the growth CamfilUSA has been enjoying, you might just land yourself an opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Low low raises. Starting salaries for non-sales, non- management positions are not competitive, but company seems focused on sales growth and attracting strong sales people and Engineers. Seems like company is focused on spending money where they can get the highest return on their investment. Support type positions do not get the same love.
