Exceptionally talented, experienced, and dedicated professionals Customer and Outcome focused Employees well compensated, especially for the size of the company

Cons

Constant leadership and management changes and nearly non-existent communication makes for uncertain working environment and chronic lack of guidance Wild fluctuations between no support to micro-management No investment in tools necessary to be an effective virtual company Customer/Outcome focus followed at all times, regardless of impact on employees
