Our team is operating with significantly fewer staff than our workload requires, and while we are committed to delivering high-quality work, the current pace and volume are not sustainable long term. To maintain the level of excellence expected of us—and to prevent burnout that could compromise both productivity and staff well-being—we need additional personnel support. Expanding our team will ensure continuity, improve capacity, and allow us to meet organizational goals without compromising the health and effectiveness of the people doing the work.

Incredible people who will truly care about the communities and members they serve. Going the "extra mile" isn't just a slogan, it's a culture at Capital Blue Cross.

Cons

Mid-size organization are great because you get to wear so many hats. The only challenge is that traditional career growth in smaller departments can be limited.
