      None, see cons. These guys are terrible.

      Cons

      They are disorganized, dishonest, Pay is not competitive, benefits are Terribile (they only do 401K match if you work there more than 10 years). Terrible place for engineers. They are terrible people, liars and just rude, especially management. no one with any talent/ self-respect would work there more than a year.

      Pros

      Busy place and pretty laid back on most days.

      Cons

      High turnover, very low salaries, the owner acts like a five year old. He makes no rational decisions. One day he's happy, the next day he's oscar the grouch. He makes horrible decisions for ridiculous reasons and never thinks ANYTHING through. As an employee if you like to get loaded at work and come and go as you please with no consequences, this is the perfect place for you to apply.

      Pros

      Great in house training program. Quality assurance program good, maybe a little over the top. Takes a long time to get customers reports. Great stepping stone to advance in construction industry. Peer employees were amazing and a lot of friendships still exist.

      Cons

      Owners are cheap and management is lazy with lack of support to field inspectors. Low Pay compared to competition. Benefits have disappeared over the years. Owners and some management are very arrogant. They get sued a lot so they have a lot of silly rules thinking that’s going to solve the problem.
