      Pros

      Catalight cares tremendously about the staff, clients and families, and their mission, to breaking down barriers and biases for a more equitable world for people with developmental disabilities. Catalight is truly a great place to work. I have flexibility and work with passionate and dedicated humans who make a difference in this world.

      Pros

      I am inspired by the work we do and the people we serve. I have been with the organization for 8 years, and in that time, had a variety of opportunities. I have found the company to be supportive of growth and personal expansion, and I am appreciative of the opportunities that have been created through the growth within the company. It’s a wonderful organization with wonderful people!

      Cons

      Growth brings new challenges, but those are good problems in my estimation!
