Pros

Fully remote with flexible hours to go to doctors appt, manage a family. Lots of benefits like Hinge Health and a Udemy license to learn new skills. Lots of ERGs to join and find friends at work.

Cons

They don't do much to try and spark an in office culture. It would be nice to have some teams in the office.
