Pros

CCC attracts (some) people who really care about making a difference

Cons

The management team at my location was cliquey and bullied good staff into quitting. They have no interest in hearing about concerns or ways to improve from subordinates. No support whatsoever.

Pros

The best paid time off I've seen.

Cons

Wishy-washy support from leadership. One day they love you and tell you how great you are and how much they appreciate all the extra work you've done, then BAM the next day someone decides that they don't like you and then you're pushed out! Way to cliquey, at least in the program I was part of!
