Pros
- great facilities - good benefits (healthcare, rsu, espp) - you will learn a lot very quickly - 1000 nis ten bis monthly - very stable job with no layoffs - many young people if you are in the right department
Cons
- toxic managemnet mentality - can be extremely stressful at times - no cohesiveness, i.e newer purchased companies dont feel like part of the company except shared facilities and bigger milestones - relatively low paychecks comapred to the market, no salary increases - not a very good place for juniors
