Pros

Great work life balance, seriously some of the best in the industry Great people, friendly - no micro management Hybrid working, mostly remote Industry leading benefits Well recognised brand Travel and food expenses fully paid when visiting offices Great leadership

Cons

Very hard to progress if you are a young person Very slow moving company, lots of red tape Completely unstructured training (Okay if you're well established, a nightmare if you're just starting your career) A lot of moving parts which causes inconsistency of communication between partners and customers
