      Pros

      Team work culture is good but that depends who is your team leader. A good Health insurance , shift allowances, within team.

      Cons

      Check Point does not follow the market standards when it come salary. Internal Politics is there :(

      their team is pretty good. The engineering team knows what they're doing.

      pay is bad, no promotion opportunities, no annual pay increase, some people are unwilling to help.
