      A lot of things to learn free lunch/breakfast/supper

      Cons

      The management team cares less about you as a team member and will throw you under the bus at any given moment. Performance reviews based on the number of issues resolved and customer surveys rather than the quality of your work and effort

      Pros

      Best place to work with best people around who are always supportive, helping and caring. Managers and collogues are very friendly and easy to approach, also very considerate people. Training period may seem very vast and you would eventually learn with everyone's support. Good learning environment!

      Literally the free lunches, but when its some kind of oriental 3 days in a row, for both options, it becomes tedious

      Cons

      Completely overworked for pay Distribution of workload is completely uneven (ALWAYS AIM TO WORK FOR VPN/SEC TEAM if in Ottawa, you will do 1/3 the work for the same salary as HE/MGMT for same pay) Management "fixes" problems brought to them for about a week, at which point things will return to "normal" Never aim to work mornings - you will be overloaded without fail (12:30pm shift also gets 10% premium - aim for this [most pay for "days" with smallest workload])
