Pros
Financially in a good position now. Had some good colleagues to work with on the commercial side of the business which manages and produces all the revenue for the PUD.
Cons
Poor upperr Management, Petty Politics The retiring general manager is very petty, manipulative and lacks commercial understanding of the business. Wokeness gripped this entity for the worse. I guess when you are 90% white as a company you need to teach about racial bias. Just the worst training session I have ever attended. You are better off sending employees on a 2month mission to Africa. Might gain a better sense of purpose in life.
