Pros

Decent pay options for field sales but under pay all other departments. Standard benefit package such as Heath care, 401k, etc

Cons

It's sad because this used to be a great place t but no more as they are quickly losing their competitive edge due to corporate greed. Corporate greed and hubris are at every corner with a smell of arrogance that is unabashed. Management abuses all employees by severely overworking them with little pay. The president, CFO, and other senior management (cause I can't call them leadership) is severely out of touch and are running this company into the ground. They lie to everyone and over inflate costing to pad their pockets and bonuses while screwing the customers, support staff, and sales department. Don't believe all the great reviews posted in June as they were totally canned by the HR department to increase the low rating since the company turnover is skyrocketing. Customer attrition is also climbing to levels higher than ever before. Run from this company while you still can.

Pros

Benefits are good and pay is good until you get fired for making too much.

Cons

Greedy self centered managers who only care about money and their career paths. Will throw you under the bus to save their skin and a few bucks. Horrible work life balance and unethical overworking policies. Stay away from the eastern NC territory and the two individuals who run it. They have the highest turnover in the industry and will lure you in, work you to death, then pull the rug out from under you, regardless of how hard you’ve worked for them. Stay away , FAR away.

Pros

I worked for ChemTreat for little over a year. The accounting department has a horrible turnover rate. Every two weeks someone is leaving. The finance department is non-existent it has 2 people at the moment. It did have 6. I got a job and left before the end of 2014. I hear its gotten worse. The only reason I stayed was because of a few people, and I wanted a new job before leaving. No other reason.

Cons

401K is horrible match 3% no pension its nothing compared to other companies that give you 5% 401k matches and pensions. Hire more people than just salesmen. You have a company close to a 1,000 people. Over 700 are salesmen 200 manufacturing or warehousemen. The other 100 are R&D, Accounting, Finance, Transportation, etc they are treated horribly and left out high and dry. Hire more people in accounting & finance, R&D, transportation etc otherwise be satisfied with temps or short-term 6 months-8 months full time employees. I sat in on new hires monthly it would be 30 new salesmen and 2 other people divided up among the company.
