Coming to this employer from a compettior is not a good idea
Pros
Great Location for southern business for quick access to broad line food company . has great Italian food line. has a food store in their building that's open on Sundays
Cons
Operates as 2 different company's and bills have to be paid separately to the meat company they own and is not a good customer experience! Their tech department is under qualified and understaffed order taking system is new to them.... but already outdated ....you cant even change your orders after transmitting them with out the help from customer service . this company is slow on admitting that they are behind in this process that makes them more slow than ever .they need fresh blood bad in this company but they don't know how to make the right investments in new people Yet ! They are destined to lead from behind and their District Managers are more concerned in covering their own budgets then helping the ground level people succeed they are slow and inefficient on communication clearly about their expectations !!! .... their food shows exploits sexuality to drive Men to their food show buy having vendors hire women that look like they just got pulled from a strip club . whether they are proud of this fact or not they have earned this reputation other food shows from their competitors are not the same....they seem want to hire machines not people ...beware your tenure at another company means nothing to them no matter what they tell you to get you to come to work for them ....they are not as professional as they think they are unfortunately they haven't established a solid culture yet I don't think they even know who they are yet !
