      Pros

      They will always need someone to work because they are short staffed, you can accumulate a lot of hours.

      Cons

      hectic, poor management, unsafe conditions inappropriate patients on lower level of psych units and non therapeutic environment.

      not really any, they let you pick up alot of shifts because they didnt have staff

      There’s nothing positive about working here

      Cons

      The working environment is not only highly unsafe, but management show you time and time again they don’t care about your well being. For a mental hospital they promote violence and abusive behavior. They don’t have any regard for their staff or patients. Any time a patient is having an issue all they do is give shots so they can go to sleep. They don’t take the time to actually be concerned with the patient’s needs
