      Dirty work for 2 years, now 15 months, that they disguise as management training. The management staff you report to will 100% make or break your experience and outlook on the company.

      The pay is pretty good for a person coming out of college. Also you def learn a lot of business. Is really what you make of it

      Long hours, hard work, can lack guidance at times. Company as a whole is stuck in 1900’s
