All this middle management this company has is only causing more and more issues with the employees. They don't add anything to the business yet these unqualified people have been given too much power to make decisions about their employees. In order to make themselves look valuable, they are always coming up with new agendas just to help their own careers and not of those they manage.

typical corporate politicking, must really advocate for yourself if you are going to climb at all. it's too difficult to get any advancement without there being a total game of who kissed up more being played.
