      50+ year old boomers who only care about their short term gain, while complaining that the younger generation doesn't want to work.

      Pros

      Very flexible, great people who are very knowledgeable, and great pay especially. Lots of different things to do.

      Cons

      Very shot staffed, not enough quality training, and the expectation is to figure out everything as you go. Not a lot of places to go after you've mastered your position.
