Pros

Previously it was good but now it's worse

Cons

I used to have a positive impression of Coforge but recent changes have significantly impacted my view. The company has been shifting its policies in a way that seems increasingly biased towards their own benefit rather than employee welfare. One of the most notable changes is the revision of the salary increment process, which has become less transparent and less favorable for employees. Additionally, the introduction of the "Career Manager" role has been particularly problematic. This role is neither a direct manager nor a team leader, leaving employees unsure of how their performance is being evaluated. The lack of clarity around this role has created confusion and frustration among the staff. Moreover, the company's office location is now quite far, and they are imposing high charges for transportation. For those without personal vehicles, this situation has become increasingly burdensome, as there is no option to opt out of these charges. In terms of management, there seems to be a growing concern that managers and team leaders are more focused on their own increments and recognition rather than supporting their teams. They often take credit for successes while attributing any issues solely to employees. Overall, the shift in company policies and management practices has significantly deteriorated the work environment, making it a challenging place to work compared to the past.
