Pros

Good company culture which includes a casual yet professional workplace. Competitive pay / benefits. Management is good for the most part.

Cons

Poor performance / effort isn't always managed well. Parent company made a lot of changes to its subsidiary for better and worse.

Toxic Culture

Pros

Pay is good compared to what is available in the area.

Cons

Absolutely the worst, most toxic culture ever. It is created from senior leadership. The CEO is lost, President of the America’s constantly harasses and belittles employees while showing favoritism to incompetent ones that grovel to him. The organization structure changes every quarter. You cannot get any resources that you need. Finance and leadership put insane controls on cash flow to try and hit their bonus while leaving manufacturing without parts. For example, they do not pay their vendors, especially at end of quarter, and do not let manufacturing order parts they need to control an inventory target that is unrealistic. Our customers are rightfully upset and leaving in groves, but the issues start with the C-suite and their incompetence.
