DAP Program - get to rotate with various IT teams as a recent graduate which makes for fantastic learning opportunities
Great work-life balance
Excellent benefits, generous vacation time
Very friendly and helpful managers and mentors
Positive culture with a lot of team-building activities/events/social gatherings
Cons
None, seriously! I love my job and the people I work with!
Jeans any day, somewhat flexible work hours, 40 hours minimum a week (which is better than having to work 50 hours minimum, for instance), and an IT department which is more receptive to using open source technologies such as KafkaMQ, Hadoop, Spark, etc. Cubicles instead of "open work space environment" as well (which I prefer)!
Cons
Drab office decor, no compensation for after-hours code changes or being on-call, no pay for performance, too much reliance on vendors, lots of phone and email support you have to do as a developer.
