      Pros

      some folks are very nice to work with. they'll have your back if they see you being overworked.

      Cons

      Underpays employees - overworks them. Compass fires people left and right - they will use the most insignificant excuse to fire you if they don't like you. Hours are insane - some folks work from 7 am to 10 pm - not always but it happens frequently. Weekend work is also a thing. Benefits aren't that great.

      Good compensation and good benefits

      Cons

      Leadership lies to us about everything and tries to put a positive spin on everything. Also just very unlikeable and phony. Culture is bad. Literally the least enjoyable place I've ever worked. It's like nobody knows how to have a bit of fun at work while also doing great work.
