Pros

Worked at a restaurant run by Compass group. The pros were few and far between. The money was good, but that was because the customers tipped well... had nothing to do with management.

Cons

Senior servers bullied everyone around and management did nothing to stop them. They would divide up the best sections amongst themselves and send home junior servers after 3 hours of work. Was very difficult to even get tables some shifts.
