      Pros

      Individual managers makes it possible to stay. Some room for advancement. Clientele is wonderful (although not easy). You learn so much working in community mental health.

      Cons

      Low pay, higher turnover need better support from upper management, too focused on liability which interferes with client care at times.

      Compass has a forward-thinking leadership team that's navigating this CMHC into the future. They are earnest about innovation and serving the community.

      Cons

      Some specific site work cultures can be unproductive and difficult to shift. This is true everywhere, and Compass is not exempt.
