Pros

The main pro for this job is that you get to work remote.

Cons

At this company you are paid below the industry average and almost every year the company tells everyone "We did good last year, but not good enough, we can't give anyone raises." The teams are full of good but over worked people. When someone leaves the team, they are not normally replaced. The company takes it as a reduction in cost. Work piles up due to over promising to clients and understaffing of employees. You are pressured to meet goals that are impossible and do not take all issues into account.
