      Pros

      I have worked with Compucom for 6months , company was good with nice team mates.

      Cons

      I left the company due to my support timings are only night shifts. There are some people from facility which pretend to be working more.. but lacks with some infra issues..

      Pros

      Very good documentation for migration or deployment steps, every step is documented and stored in intranet sites. Multiple copies of Peoplesoft or DBA update steps.

      Cons

      DBA's are scattered across the globe, both US and off shore teams can be difficult to contact when an on call issue comes up.
