Good culture, and always had very good managers.

Pros

If you want a career in IT, this is an OK first step. They hire people with not much knowledge and even less experience.

Cons

Wages get VERY stagnant VERY quickly. Some years there are no raises at all and other times it is a pittance. Definitely does not keep up with inflation.
