Business Outlook
Pros
Depends largely on the business unit & manager. Hired under CTS (recently changed to DICE). Great manager, great team, challenging projects, lots of learning and staying up to date in the industry. Everyone pulled their weight, helped one another & you were valued, appreciated and recognized. Fantastic initial few years. 4 stars to the original hiring unit.
Cons
Reorganization move to a different business unit. Not nearly as supportive, lack of communication and trust. Management not leaders in this sector. Any training or development opportunities came to a grinding halt. 2 stars to the current unit.
