The people at the top have no clue what is going on at the ground floor. No raises in 8 years, bonuses were taken away. If one account does poor, the company as a whole is punished.

Incompetent senior leadership that hold no degrees, certifications, or experience in anything more than counting money. To make matters worse, these "leaders" aren't even smart enough to hire competent people below them. They hire their incompetent friends and family into "leadership" positions, and then basically abuse anyone with real talent to cover up their own lack of education, experience, and motivation.
