We appreciate the time you took to submit your feedback, however, we respectfully disagree that there are no positive aspects of working at CTG. Year over year, our Great Place to Work survey results illustrate employees enjoy our collaborative culture, supportive and engaged coworkers, and open and honest communication amongst all levels of the organization. We are proud to have achieved Great Place to Work certification each year we’ve participated in the survey. You mentioned your hourly work status; CTG provides various employment types whenever possible to allow employees to choose the option that best fits their benefits and paid time off needs. We’re disappointed to hear your needs were not met, and we wish you the best of luck in the future.

Very caring, and very active in making sure employees needs are met. Also very tentative at greeting answers

Cons

They don’t fight for your to be hired by the contracting company. But then again, why would they?

Thank you for providing feedback about your experience so far at CTG. We agree that our culture is built upon employees caring for and supporting one another. In our recent Great Place to Work survey, when asked “what unique or special thing makes CTG a Great Place to Work?” most employees responded with ‘the people and culture’ and ‘a connected, caring management team’. We are happy to hear that your experience aligns with the environment we strive to maintain. We wish you continued success in your role!

Pros

They do most things through email, which is great if you're not a 'phone person'.

Cons

Benefits package is the worst I've seen (would cost me about 1/3 of my take-home pay to cover myself and my medical needs). You are basically paying out of pocket for everything so unless you are perfectly healthy, you are immediately thrown back under poverty line. Christmas... not paid, Thanksgiving... not paid, New Years... not paid You are forced to be out of work and not get paid. 401k, no matching No Vacation No sick time (unless you're located in a state that mandates it). You hear all about how well the company is doing and how they are expanding thanks to the money they make off of you. You are just a pawn to earn them money but don't expect the company to care about you. They get paid for every hour you work hard and offer absolutely nothing in return.

Thank you for taking the time to submit feedback. It’s clear you felt our benefits package did not meet your needs. Varying benefit and time off packages are offered to serve the diverse needs of our employees. We agree that CTG’s success begins and ends with our employees; they are the lifeblood of the company. In return for their invaluable contributions to CTG, the company aims to provide a Great Place to Work with a positive, engaging, and supportive work environment. We encourage any employee who is unhappy in their role to discuss their concerns with their manager.
